We are confident that you will never regret buying our products and we hope that you'll never want to return them. Yet, we offer 30 days trial in order to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. You may try our products and at any point if you feel that you are not happy with your purchase, you are free to return or exchange your order within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment and exchanges are absolutely free. And no, we do not charge a restocking fee. Please note that we do not accept returns after 30 days from the order date.

Sourcing Egyptian cotton fabric could have been easy, but authenticity isn't guaranteed. That’s why we chose a different path. By making cotton farmers an integral part of our supply chain, we’ve eliminated all doubts about authenticity. Our trusted manufacturing partners handpick only the finest Egyptian cotton, directly from the farms, after conducting rigorous testing in line with industry standards.

For centuries, Egyptian cotton has been known as the "White Gold" of Egypt. Yet today, the livelihood of millions of cotton farmers is under threat. With government subsidies for cotton growers being withdrawn, many farmers are now facing the harsh reality of breaking even, or worse, incurring losses.

At Down Cotton, we’ve taken a different approach. By integrating farmers into our supply chain and helping them become direct exporters, we've contributed to an 80% increase in their income. It’s a step forward but our journey is far from over.
